Going above and beyond for our customers as we make their dreams come true is our #1 priority.
To make sure we can deliver on this promise- we have a structured process to guide our customer journey. This process is built on open communication with our clients and mutual agreement on expectations and deliverables - documented in writing.
1. Scope & Evaluation
We collaborate with you to spec out a game plan that fits.
5. PERSONAL POC
We will assign you a dedicated client service manager.
2. Contract
All jobs requires a signed contract that documents the details of the project.
6. Check IN
Setup a time to review our work
3. Down Payment
We collect a down payment to get started.
7. Final Testing
We don't deliver your car until it has undergone our quality assurance process.
4. Payment Plan
We collect payment for work already performed based on project milestones.
*Waiting list: We currently have a waiting list. Please understand that we may not be able to begin work on your project immediately.
** Insurance- We are fully insured with classic car garage keepers policy, but we still require clients to have their own coverage. Note: we are NOT covered for flood damage.
Dyno/tuning services
The Bomb Factory is proud to offer expert Dyno tuning services using our new Dynojet 224xLC (2wd with load control). Our trained techs know how to get the most out of your car and work with each client to understand their objectives and develop a personalized game plan.
Our Services include:
Dyno pulls- Want to know how much power you are packing? We can provide you with baseline power numbers that will provide you with valuable information about your car and serve as a foundation for evaluating performance upgrades.
Stock vehicle tuning- We can help you squeeze a bit more power from a stock configuration by optimizing air/fuel mixture, advancing timing where possible.
Performance tuning- We perform full tuning on most modern hot rods and restomods. We specialize in tuning LS swaps on factory GM ECUs with HP Tuners or standalone setups such as Holly EFI, Fast XFI, as well as fine tuning for self-tuning systems like Edelbrock Pro Flo and Sniper EFI on Mopar, Ford and other applications.
